At Our Pitara, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied, here is our policy.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the original invoice

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
• Items without original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at orionnexus.aga@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product. We will get back to you within 24–48 hours with the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you received a damaged or wrong product, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
