2 Products, Pricing & Availability

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse any order at our discretion.

  • We make every effort to display product colours, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible; however, actual products may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, and manufacturing batches.

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • In the event of a product being listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

3 Orders & Payment

We accept payment via online prepaid methods (through our secure payment gateway, including UPI, cards, and net-banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; the contract is complete only when we confirm dispatch of your order. We reserve the right to verify COD orders by phone or message before dispatch and to cancel orders that cannot be verified.

8 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with the Website or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
