We want your treasure box to reach you quickly and safely. This policy explains how we ship, when you can expect delivery, and the terms that apply.
1 Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation and tracking details once your order is dispatched.
2 Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and serviceability. Metro and Tier-1 cities are usually faster; remote and Tier-3 locations may take slightly longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on our courier partners and factors beyond our control (weather, regional disruptions, etc.).
3 Shipping Charges

Orders above ₹999: Free standard shipping.

Orders below ₹999: A nominal flat shipping fee is applied, shown clearly at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD): A small COD-convenience charge may apply and will be displayed at checkout before you confirm.
4 Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

COD is available on eligible orders and pin codes, subject to a maximum order value displayed at checkout.

To prevent fraud and reduce failed deliveries, we may verify COD orders via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.

Please keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery, as delivery partners may not carry change.

Repeated refusal of COD orders at the doorstep may result in COD being disabled for future orders on your account or number.
5 Tracking, Failed Delivery & Incorrect Address
Once dispatched, you can track your order using the link shared with you. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate and complete; we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information. If a delivery attempt fails or a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated unavailability, or refusal, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply) or process a refund as per our Refund Policy.
